How to Use
Prior to first use, be sure to prime the bristles for any excess fallout by rubbing it back and forth against the palm of your hand. For best results dry brush 2-3 times a week. Work the brush in small circular motions working your way up from the lower leg to buttocks, to properly work the lymphatic system.
Feet & Legs: Start at the feet and brush up the legs in long upward strokes.
Hands & Arms: Start at the hands and brush up along the arms. Always brush towards the heart.
Stomach: Brush in a circular clockwise pattern.
Tighs/ Cellulite Prone Areas: Rub from the lower part of your hips to the waist level in upward sweeping motions.
Avoid using on skin that is broken or wounded.
Use two body brushes at once for maximum efficiency.
This brush is not meant to be stored in the bath or shower and should be used without any product.
