To ensure a smooth transit to your doorstep, our shippers will handle your product with care in a timely manner. Shipping is easy! We offer the following tools to track your skin products:

  • Standard orders arrive 3-7 Business days (Mon- Fri. excluding federally observed holidays)
  • Pre – Orders ship on the release date.
  • International Orders may incur delay due to customs duty fees and transit, expected arrival is up to 4 weeks from purchase.
  • Tracking number provided (for domestic orders only)

Returns & Refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee on all skincare & oil products makes it simple to return your purchase for a full refund. You must have the order back to us within 30 days of the purchase date to qualify for a 100% refund, we cannot stress that enough! Our customers are the reason we are here today, and we want every single person satisfied. Our team is working hard to bring the spa to your door, but we do understand natural error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, in the event that your products arrive to you damaged or incorrectly, we will happily pay return shipping.

Keep in mind, if you open and use your Kashmere product and decide its not for you, a full refund will only apply within the first 30 days. If you purchase more than 1 item, only 1 item of each type can be opened to receive a full refund.

When returning goods, use a proper RMA (return merchandise authorization) to avoid refund issues. Your RMA number can be obtained by simply calling us today to discuss correct return protocol to avoid any delay of your refund.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer any returns on Kashmere Spa Accessories.

Preferred Customer Program 

By ordering as a Preferred Customer you are agreeing to a monthly auto-ship. Your first order will ship in 5-7 business days and, unless you cancel, you will automatically receive this same order every month on or around the same calendar date and for the same price which will be charged to the credit card you provide with your initial order. You can cancel or change your auto-ship at any time by contacting us at or 1-800-323-1938. If you cancel before your second shipment, there will be a price adjustment to the one-time purchase price. You can cancel any time after your second order and keep the preferred customer pricing for the first two orders.
