Shipping Information

Our shipping and handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and ship your order. Your charges are dependent on the amount purchased. 

U.S orders $99 and above - Free Shipping

U.S orders below $99 - $8.00

International orders ( Minimum purchase of $99 ) - $8.00

*Note: Kindly allow up to 14 business days for orders outside the Continental United States to be delivered.

To ensure a smooth transit to your doorstep, our shippers will handle your product with care in a timely manner. Shipping is easy! We offer the following tools to track your skin products:

  • Email confirmation sent once shipped
  • Standard delivery timeframe is 5-7 business days  (excluding federally observed holidays)
  • Pre – Orders ship on the release date.
  • Each country has different regulations about buying products from other countries. As a customer who purchased outside United States, you are taking responsibility for your order, and acknowledging that you are aware of the laws pertaining to such shipments. It is your responsibility to know your local laws and whether the product will make it through your country's Customs Authority.
  • When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.  Please note, Kashmere Kollections, is not responsible for covering the cost of such charges.
  • Tracking number provided (for domestic orders only)

Returns & Refunds

 

Need to make a return? We can certainly help you! But keep in mind there are some conditions that need to be met in order to receive your refund.

Which Best Describes Your Situation?

  1. I received a broken or incorrect item: Sorry about that… We are doing our best to fulfill your needs as efficiently as possible. Please email us at Support@kashmerekollections.com to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) needed for a refund or exchange. 
  1. I wish to return something for another reason: We can help you, but please keep in mind that in order to maintain streamlined processes, we can only accept up to two returned orders per year (not including orders with a broken or incorrect item). 

Terms & Conditions for Returns:

  • We can only accept two returned orders per year (not including orders with a broken or incorrect item). 
  • To be eligible for a full refund, we must receive your returned order back within 30 days of purchase. Note that shipping fees for returned items that aren’t broken or incorrect are non-refundable. 
  • If you have a purchase of more than 1 item, only 1 item of each type is allowed to be opened (i.e. if you ordered a Luxurious Toning Oil and a Silken Body Polish, both can be opened, but not 2 Luxurious Toning Oils) – others must come back unopened and unused in order to receive a FULL refund.
  • Refunds will only be processed with a proper RMA. To make a return, email us at Support@kashmerekollections.com. We will then email you a confirmation with an RMA number and the address to send the return.
  • If return instructions aren’t followed and the package is returned to sender, it may result in your package being received outside of the 30-day money back guarantee window. In these instances, a refund will not be honored.
  • Refunds may take up to 4 weeks before they appear on your bank statement. Most cases will be quicker, however, due to return shipping time (3-9 business days), return processing (4-6 business days), and refund requests to the bank (4-9 business days), it can take up to 4 weeks.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer any returns on Kashmere Spa Accessories 

What About Exchanges?

  • If you wish to exchange a product, such as for another type or flavor, the item needs to be unused and sealed. No exceptions, sorry!
  • In order to get your new product, the item you’re exchanging must be back in our warehouse by the 30th day from your purchase date. Any package received after this date will be reshipped to you.
  • Note that shipping fees for exchanged products are non-refundable.
  • To exchange a product, email us at Support@kashmerekollections.com. We will then email you a confirmation with an RMA number and detailed instructions to follow.

 

Preferred Customer Program 

By ordering as a Preferred Customer you are agreeing to a monthly auto-ship. Your first order will ship in 5-7 business days and, unless you cancel, you will automatically receive this same order every month on or around the same calendar date and for the same price which will be charged to the credit card you provide with your initial order. You can cancel or change your auto-ship at any time by contacting us at Support@kashmerekollections.com. If you cancel before your second shipment, there will be a price adjustment to the one-time purchase price. You can cancel any time after your second order and keep the preferred customer pricing for the first two orders. To customize or cancel this program, or future shipments and charges, simply email us at Support@kashmerekollections.com.  If you email support, please make sure you allow us enough time to verify your account and be courteous of our business hours.
