Try Now Returns Policy
- All TryNow returns must be initiated within the 10-day trial window – from receiving the package until the 10th day.
- Card authorizations will remain until products are received and cleared at the warehouse.
- If multiple TryNow products have been ordered, authorizations will be released only for the product indicated in the initiated return.
- All shipping costs, including the shipping cost to return that product back to us, is the responsibility of the customer.

- Exchanges are not applicable to TryNow products.
